☆ For any order below an amount of  CHF 100-  the shipping costs are 
    CHF 7.- for Economy shipments (2-4 working days) or 
    CHF 9.- for Priority shipments (next day delivery).

For babes from other countries, different prices are charged. 

☆ The delivery costs are free for any order exceeding an amount of  
    CHF 200.- .
☆ For any order below an amount of  CHF 200.-  the shipping costs are  
    CHF 25.- for Economy shipments (6 to 12 working days) or  CHF 29.- for Priority shipments (3 to 5 working days)

Please note! Le musthave is not responsible for VAT, customs duties or other fees your country may charge. 

The delivery time is  2 to 4 working days for Economy shipments and for Priority shipments order before 2pm for next day delivery. 

Isn’t the item quite what you expected? Too bad! You can return items within 14 days of receipt in the same condition as received.  Any items worn or damaged will not be accepted back. All items are very thoroughly checked before shipment.

Please, email customer service and add a filled out return form to your package and send it to our return address. Once the items have been received, you will receive a full refund (excluding the shipping costs). Please note, that we are unable to refund the shipping costs for the return shipment.

Yes, exchanges are accepted. We recommend you to make a separate purchase for the new item. We will send you the correct size free of charge.  Please contact us with the desired size and we give you all the details.
