Le Musthave always wants you to be happy and in love with your purchase but if you would like you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges need to be in accordance with our "Original state/Return requirements" (please scroll down to read).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The items contains no traces of use or make-up stains. All items are very thoroughly checked before being sent out to you.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lemusthave.ch. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To return:

1) Send the items to us within 14 days of receipt
2) Contact info@lemusthave.ch, follow the instructions on how and where to send you package and fill out the return form.   
3) Take the parcel to a local post office and pay for the postage to have the parcel sent to us. 

All return shipping will be in customer's expense. We recommend that you send your return parcel with a tracking as Le Musthave will not be responsible for lost parcels.

Once the items have been received and when they fulfil the terms and conditions of returns, you will receive a full refund (excluding the shipping costs). Please note, that we are unable to refund the shipping costs for the return shipment. 

Pay attention! Unfortunately, if an item does not meet our return conditions, you cannot return it. Our return processing determines on the basis of various tests whether a returned item meets the conditions. If your return does not meet the conditions, we cannot process it and we will not proceed to a refund. Any items that have been washed, worn or damaged will be refused.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. We also do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will send you the correct size free of charge! Please contact us with the desired size and we give you all the details.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
